• What does the membership include?

  1 Workout a month, 40% off Boosters, 30% off additional Workouts and 20% off products with a minimum commitment of 2 months.

• How do I sign up for a membership?

  You can sign up online using the links above or in the studio where one of our team will walk you through the process.

• I can't make it in for a Workout this month - what are my options?

  Your Workout must be used in the month. We do not roll Workouts over to the following month.

• Can I use a gift card for my membership payment?

  No, you cannot use a gift card.

• Can I freeze my membership?

  Yes, if you need a break or are heading on vacation, you can freeze your Membership for up to 2 months after the completed Minimum Term.

  To freeze your membership, you must complete the Membership Changes Form at least 15 days in advance of your Membership Charge Date.

  During the freeze, you will no longer be billed for monthly benefits. Your membership will reactivate automatically and continue processing payments on the same billing date.

  Your Membership will not be frozen until you receive written confirmation.

  We aim to respond within 2-3 working days.

• Can I cancel my membership?

  Yes!

  To cancel your Membership, you must complete the Membership Changes Form at least fifteen (15) calendar day(s) in advance of your Membership Charge Date, following the completion of your Minimum Term. Once we have received the form, a member of our team will confirm your membership has been cancelled via email and you will also receive a written confirmation. FACEGYM may terminate your Membership upon written notice to you for any reason or no reason.
