FACEGYM Pro by The Recovery Lab

1. Charge for 24 hours before using the device for the first time. Do not use it while charging. For more information and detailed usage please read the user manual thoroughly before using FACEGYM Pro.

*Do not use the FACEGYM Pro if you:

• Are pregnant
• Have a pacemaker or any metal plates or pins
• Have had skin cancer in the last 12 months (must be all-clear for 12 months)
• Have cancer or diabetes
• Have experienced a loss of skin sensation.
• If you have vitiligo - please use a low setting
• If you have threads - use on a low setting after 4 weeks
• If you have botox - wait 2 weeks
• If you have fillers - wait 4 weeks.

Collagen Infusion Serum

1. Only to be used with FACEGYM electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) devices.
2. Start with clean, dry skin and apply a generousamount of conductor serum to the area of the face you will start your workout on.
3. Replenish as required throughout your workout. Once complete, massage any remaining serum into the skin.

Hydrating Active Roller:  

1. Always use on clean, damp skin.
2. Roll over the face and neck using upwards and outwards motions for 5 to 10 minutes, avoiding the delicate eye area.
3. After dry rolling, apply your favourite serum, we recommend using FACEGYMS's hydro-bound together with Active Blast Vegan Collagen Skin Booster to amplify the results.
4. Continue to roll for an additional 5 minutes until the roller head is smooth.
5. Use once a week for 4 weeks for a mini skin bootcamp to achieve firmer, younger-looking skin. For skin maintenance, continue to use once a week.
6. Attach a new roller head for each use and discard the used head after use.

Face Ball: 

1. Use on clean, dry skin directly after cleansing.
2. Place the ball in the centre of key muscles to connect, then use a scooping action to lift and stretch the area of tension.
3. Clean the ball with warm, soapy water after each use and keep dry.

Multi-Sculpt

1. Use on clean face with 3-5 drops of your favorite FACEGYM face oil to allow the tool to glide over the skin.
