• How long does it take to see results?

  Certain benefits such as hydration and skin radiance can be seen almost immediately. The other benefits such as a reduction in the visible signs of aging and brightening unfold gradually over 28 to 56 days of consistent, twice-daily use. Patience is the key, as collagen turnover takes time. Consumer trials show that incorporating our signature moves enhances the product's performance, showcasing the synergy of our formula and facial fitness workouts. Individual results are subject to variation based on factors such as lifestyle, gender, age, and genetics.
  

• Can it be used while pregnant/breastfeeding?

  Yes, this formula has undergone an independent assessment by an external toxicologist, confirming its safety for use by individuals who are pregnant and breastfeeding.
  

• Can I use this in the morning and evening?

  Yes, you can use this product in both the morning and evening. Consistently applying it twice a day will maximize its effectiveness.
  

• Is this product suitable for vegans even though it contains collagen?

  Yes, this formula incorporates a biotech ingredient closely resembling type III human collagen. Notably, it is 100% vegan.
  

• Is there a specific age range for using this?

  While there's no strict age range, these products are generally beneficial for individuals in their late 20s and older as collagen starts to breakdown around then. However, skincare needs vary, and some people may start earlier based on individual concerns.
  

• Is it sustainable?

  Like all of our products, this was designed to be as sustainable as possible with reusable outer packaging and recyclable refills* plus FSC certified fully recyclable outer cartons.

• What causes the yellow color to the formulation?

  The vibrant color comes from the inclusion of Carrot Seed Oil, rich in antioxidant β-carotene. It also provides an immediate glow. This will not stain the skin but we suggest avoiding contact with light-coloured fabrics.
  

• What is phyto-retinol and will it react to my skin like traditional retinol?

  Our phyto-retinol is derived from sustainably grown Mediterranean microalgae, offering a retinol-like mechanism that brightens the skin without causing any irritation or downtime.
  

• Do I need to wear SPF after applying it?

  Since we are using phyto-retinol, the same photosensitivity doesn’t occur vs. traditional retinol however, UV rays are the main cause of collagen breakdown so we recommend using minimum SPF 30 every day, regardless of the weather.
  

• Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

  Our group of product testers with self-assessed sensitive skin (not including active conditions such as eczema) found this to be gentle on their skin however, if you are concerned a simple patch test can be performed.
  

• Skin types?

  Suitable for all skin types. Ideal for those experiencing hyperpigmentation.
  

• Should I use this before or after my Wonder Moisturizer?

  Use before as you would with any serum.
